1/700 Royal Navy Renown Class Battlecruiser HMS Repulse 1941

by  Pit-Road
Product Description
This item is an injection-plastic ship model kit.   Click here for sizing chart.
Launched in 1916, the Repulse was a British Reknown class battlecruiser that combined the firepower of a battleship with the speed and mobility of a cruiser, at the expense of armor. Along with the Prince of Wales, she was sunk by Japanese aircraft on December 10, 1941, the first time in history that capital ships actively defending themselves on the open sea were sunk solely by airpower.

Pit-Road's kit of the HMS Repulse is a joint production with Trumpeter. This highly detailed model depicts the Repulse in its WWII 1941 configuration. Can be built as either a full-hull or waterline model, with a stand to display the full-hull version. Includes two Supermarine Walrus Mk. I scout aircraft, molded in clear plastic. Includes exploded-view pictorial-type instructions, with notes in Japanese.
