Product Description

This item is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

Mikro Mir brings us their 1/72 Doblhoff WNF 342 German WW.II Prototype Helicopter plastic kit. This kit is an entirely new mold! The Doblhoff WNF 342 is the world's first tip jet helicopter designed for the German Navy; it could be operated from small ships and U-boats. In 1943, the V1 through the V4 were manufactured and tested. The V3 crashed during its test flight, and the others were all captured by the Allies and sent to the United States in 1945. After that, the V4 was exhibited at the Smithsonian Institution Museum in the U.S.

This kit comes with photo-etched parts, paint mask seals and decals for 2 versions. The rotor diameter will be approximately 13.4cm when completed.
