Kyosai Kawanabe (1831-1889) was an ukiyo-e artist who worked from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji era. He's considered to be the first political caricaturist in Japan, and together with Kanagaki Robun he also created "Eshinbun Nipponchi," which is widely held to be the first manga magazine, in 1874. His open-minded and rebellious work is unparalled, ranging from humorous personifications of animals to interpretations of folklore. This group of miniQ figures brings some of his most famous works to three-dimensional life for your collection! Check out the level of detail on these charming little figures -- they're perfect to add a touch of Japanese culture to your collection. Randomly packed in boxes of six -- order yours today!
