1/700 IJN Battleship Kongo October 1944 with Masking Sticker

by  Fujimi
Product Description
This item is an injection-plastic ship model kit.   Click here for sizing chart.

Fujimi's latest kit of the IJN Battleship Kongo in 1/700 scale fully replicates its appearance in 1944, and comes with additional masking stickers! You can prepare your kit for display much more easily thanks to the included masking sticker - the kit also includes a handy guide on how to accurately apply the sticker (text is in Japanese, but it includes color photos).

The Kongo is one of the IJN's most recognisable battleships, being the first battlecruiser of the Kongo class, and one of the most heavily armed ships in any navy at the time of her completion. This kit of the Kongo recreates the ship as it was in October 1944, after reconfiguration of its anti-aircraft weaponry for maximum strength. Not long after, the Kongo was sunk in the Battle of Leyte Gulf.

  • [Mold Color]: Grey, red.
  • [Includes]: Masking sticker, decals.
