The German Panther tank is considered to be a masterpiece; many types were produced and used during World War II. The F type, whose design was approved in 1944, had a new small turret in an attempt to reduce its weight. To save the use of rubber for the wheels, it used steel wheels with built-in rubber. Production of this type was scheduled to start in 1945, but the war ended before any were produced.
This model carefully reproduces the Panther Type F's unique silhouette with its small turret and cupola; the tracks are an easy-to-assemble DS type.
